Early check-in and late check-out are possible at any time on short notice, subject to availability.

If you plan to arrive after 8:00 p.m., please let us know in advance.

In the event of a cancellation without travel cancellation insurance, the cancellation policy set forth in the Austrian Hotel Regulations applies:

• 3 months to 1 month before the agreed arrival date: 40% of the total package price

• Up to 1 week before the agreed arrival date: 70% of the total package price

• 90% of the total package price during the week of arrival

Wi-Fi is available throughout the building free made available

Parking spaces are free of charge made available

Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire building prohibited! Failure to comply may result in charges!

Pets are not only allowed but also welcome!

                -Small dog: 10€ per night

                -Large dog: 20€ per night

Local tax: €3.50 per person per night

Overnight stays by individuals are exempt from tax until the end of the calendar year in which they turn 15.

A deposit of 20% of the total price is due at the time of booking.

You can either pay the remaining balance in advance by bank transfer or settle your bill on site in cash or with a debit or credit card.

You can travel here without a car by bus or train!

You'll find a link for your online check-in in our welcome email 2–3 days before your arrival.

Every day, you can order a wide selection of bread digitally from our local, traditional bakery, Habicher, even when you're on the go! We offer this service every day except Sunday, when our baker takes the day off!

Bed linens, hand towels, shower towels, and dish towels are provided in your apartment! We also provide plenty of sauna towels.

You can store your bikes safely in our video-monitored bike garage. There is also a bike repair shop and a bike wash station there. Of course, there is also a power outlet for charging your e-bike.

The apartments are equipped with Cremesso capsule coffee machines. You can purchase the corresponding capsules from us at cost. In addition, we can provide you with a drip coffee maker, or you can use our coffee machine in the common room.
