Interim Cleaning:
An interim cleaning service is available for an additional fee

Dogs are also welcome here:
We charge €20 per day for this (excluding food).

Bank transfer in advance or cash on site

Deposit:
Upon making a reservation, a deposit equal to 30% of the tour price must be paid by bank transfer within 10 days.

Cancellation Policy:
Please note: Once a reservation has been made, the cancellation policy of the Austrian hotel industry (AGBH2006) applies:

• Up to 1 month before the arrival date, 40 % of the total package price will be charged;
• Up to 1 week before the arrival date: 70 % of the total package price;
• During the last week before the arrival date, 90 % of the total package price.

We recommend that you purchase the Hotel Cancellation Plus insurance from „Take out “European Travel Insurance”. You are also welcome to purchase this through us.
