To help you plan and book your vacation with peace of mind during these difficult and uncertain times, we have relaxed our cancellation policy for stays during the 2021 summer season.

Special cancellation policies apply to stays booked between May 19, 2021, and October 10, 2021:

• Free cancellation option in the event of government-mandated quarantine measures related to COVID-19
• Free cancellation option in the event of a (medically confirmed!) COVID-19 infection
• Free cancellation if travel restrictions or border closures are implemented during the booked period
• Free cancellation is available if Austria, Tyrol, or the Nauders region are classified by your government as high-risk areas of the highest category during the booked period

Any advance payments will be refunded in full in the cases mentioned! If none of the points listed above apply, the following terms apply to cancellations as well as to all bookings made after the 2021 summer season: AGBH 2006 in accordance with Austrian hotel regulations. You may cancel free of charge up to 3 months before the agreed-upon arrival date; after that, the following cancellation fees will apply:

• 3 months to 1 month = 40 % of the total package price
• 1 month to 1 week = 70 % of the total package price
• Last week = 90% of the total arrangement price

In your own best interest, we strongly recommend the additional option with every booking Purchase of appropriate travel insurance, for example, in the case of the European Travel Insurance.

There’s hardly a safer place for a family vacation than a vacation rental; in addition, we’ve implemented comprehensive hygiene measures throughout the entire building to protect both you and us from infection.
We have installed several hand sanitizer dispensers in the lobby and the apartments, and we regularly disinfect all surfaces that, based on experience, are frequently touched—such as doorknobs, stair railings, elevator buttons, and the reception area!

• Please sanitize your hands upon entering the building. We look forward to welcoming you at our front desk and hope to do so warmly, even without a handshake.
• Throughout the building, you must maintain a minimum distance of 2 meters from other people who are not part of your family or travel group.
• We ask that you use our elevator only with your fellow passengers.
• As your hosts, we wear face masks as part of our team.
• According to Austrian law, all guests are required to wear masks indoors at accommodations. The only exception is the wellness area, but even there, the minimum distance of 2 meters must be maintained. In the lounge, you may remove your face mask once you are seated at a table.
• Online Check-In: Before your arrival, you will receive an email with a link to the registration form—to make check-in on-site easier, we ask that you fill out this online form at home.

Please bring your own face mask with you on vacation, since it is also required for activities outside the hotel (use of the ski lifts, mountain restaurants, shops, public transportation, taxi rides, and shuttle services).

The region around the Reschen Pass offers a wide range of outdoor activities. Thanks to its well-developed infrastructure and the implementation of sensible hygiene and safety measures, Nauders provides the ideal conditions for a vacation with „social distancing.“.

If you are spending your vacation in Nauders, we would therefore like to appeal to your sense of personal responsibility to protect both your own health and the health of those around you.

• Please always carry a face mask with you and wear it whenever you cannot maintain the required minimum distance from other people.
• Please maintain a safe distance from people you don't know.
• Please ventilate the cable car cabins during the ride, if possible.
• Please follow the general hygiene guidelines and wash your hands regularly. Hand sanitizer dispensers are available at the cable car stations and mountain restaurants. Avoid touching your face with unwashed hands!
• Please follow the guidelines for conduct as well as the instructions provided by our staff on duty, particularly with regard to the applicable hygiene regulations.
• Please use cashless or contactless payment whenever possible.
• Take advantage of Online Reservations and, if possible, take care of everything in advance to avoid long lines at the TVB information offices, restaurants, or sports stores.
• Please do not leave your face masks in gondolas or cabins, and dispose of used tissues and (non-washable) masks in the trash cans.
• If you experience symptoms during your stay that could indicate a possible COVID-19 infection (fever, cough, sore throat, loss of taste or smell, …), please stay in your accommodations and immediately contact the front desk of your lodging facility, a doctor, or the Austrian health hotline 1450 (Available 24 hours a day).
