Arrival
An earlier check-in or a later check-out is usually possible by arrangement. If you arrive after 8 pm, please let us know in advance. You will receive the link for online check-in by email two to three days before arrival.
Tourist tax
The tourist tax is €3.50 per person per night. Guests are exempt until the end of the calendar year in which they turn 15.
Payment
A deposit of 20% is due when you book. The balance can be paid in advance by bank transfer or on site in cash or by card.
Cancellation
According to the Austrian hotel regulations: up to one month before arrival 40 %, up to one week before arrival 70 %, in the week of arrival 90 % of the total price. Travel insurance may be worth it.
Dogs
Pets are welcome with us. For dogs we charge €15 per dog per day – simply let us know when booking.
Non-smoking house
Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building.
